Gracey video...Pre-Transplant

This is actually a video we took of Gracey a couple days before we got called in for her Transplant.  It is really sweet and thought it would help everyone remember how adorable, and not so puffy she was!!
Topher actually took the video on his new Mac...so when its recording, the picture actually appears on the screen like a mirror...
It is so cute, because you can tell when Grace 'discovers' herself on the computer screen and gets quite excited at how gorgeous she is.  ;)
Its short...I know, lame.  But...know that we have kind of figured out how to make the videos and edit them, there will be many more to come...once Gracey is more up to being a model again.
By the way... there is a new post right below this one...so be sure to check it out.  We had a prayer request, as well as pictures...so no blog skipping.  You have to check that one too!

WOW!! That's the best post ever!! ENCORE GRACEY!! ENCORE!!

Shawn and I were just looking over the pictures on the blog, and he said, "Man, she is so cute," and I said, "You should see her in person! She's even ten times cuter."

So now he can see what I'm talking about!! Yay! I can't wait to show him and the girls!

:) Thank you!

Buggie and Topher,
We continue to send our thoughts and prayers from all the relatives in Illinois. Gracie is on several prayer lists, is prayed for daily at our home and even made it to the daily prayer list at the Catholic church.
You two, as well as Gracie have amazing strength and courage and we know God is with you. Many blessings to you and your beautiful daughter.
Love "T", Kathy, Liz, Sarah and Matthew
P.S. Love the video!!!

I am still so amazed at how well she is doing. Although I have never met her, she really doesn't look all that swollen in her face. I'm sure most of it is on her backside, since they can't turn her over yet. Casey got a pressure wound on the back of his head since they couldn't turn him for so long, but it's nothing more than a scar today. As for clotting, it can be very scary, but can also mean nothing. One time during a heart cath Casey's had a clot where they went in his groin, and his entire leg turned black. I'm not saying that to scare you, but to let you know that now he is a 3.5 year old who can climb the couches, jump off beds, and freak us out by being a daredevil. Every little setback during surgery stays with you for years to come, until you can delete them from your worry file one at a time. Hang in there!

yay for videos! I better get many more of those in the coming months. She's so adorable and I'm so glad that she's still doing so well. You're all still in our prayers. I feel so blessed that I could be there this past week and be a witness to her miracle heart. It was amazing. And you and Toph are amazing. And Gracey is amazing! And I love, love that Willowtree figuring. How perfect. I love you guys!

Wish we had given you that Willow Tree figurine--it's absolutely the perfect gift!! As with everyone, we loved the video and hope for many more. I love that Grace is being responsive to you both--she's in there and anxious to come out! Great job on the tri, Bugaboo--there's nothing you can't do when you put your mind to it, which is why Grace is so lucky to have the parents she does. We love you all.

I peeked into Gracey's room from the hallway. Saying that it sound like I went in, put I just gazed at how pink she was, while washing my hands in the sink to go into my niece's room. She is incredible! We are praying for you guys, and just love that little Gracey-girl!
Heart hugs,
Emily and Mike
