As a quick note...so no one thinks that we hate our doctors :-) ...we don't...they are wonderful, for the most part very helpful. We were just a bit upset becuase, as our nurse practitioner said grace had become a bit of an "oversight" this last week. We finally got upset enough (don't worry, we refrained from yelling or cussing ;-) for them to call a care confrence, and figure things out...grace has a goal of coming home this sunday...before that time we simply heard something completely diffrent everytime we talked to a doctor, while Grace never changed. So in short we really do love Primary Childrens, and our doctors. Especially the Nurses, and Technicians that we see every day!

I'm so glad to hear the care conference happened and that you have an actual goal in mind :)

We'll all pray for continual progression for Grace! She's practically a rock star around our house - a living miracle of God's love and mercy :)

It is frustrating to not have all the medical staff on the same page. There are so many different doctors and nurses going a million different ways, it is good to have a sit down and figure out what the plan for Grace is. That way everyone is on the same page! That is so wonderful to say, Grace coming home! Whoo Hoo!!!

We'll pray hard for her to go home. Iam glad every one is communicating. Hospitals can be so frustrating and extra so whan they are dealing with your kid. Even when My kids aren't very sick I get so frustrated with how evry one says something diffrent. We love following grace's story it has made teh girls very compassinate-- something thats rare in 6 and 3 year olds.

Topher and Buggy,
I just want you to know how very proud of you we are. I think one of the hardest things about being a parent is when you need to be the squeaky wheel without being the screaming wheel! You two are doing a perfect job of that. We love you and little Grace sooooo much!

We love you and are so proud of you. I hope she will be coming home soon so you can enjoy her even more. Please, please let me know if I can bring you dinner or anything else. I want to help in any way that I can.

I am so happy that you got an answer and that Grace is coming home soon!! You did what you had to do and I'm Grace needed her parents to speak up for her. What a lucky girl to have a mom and dad like you.

I found your blog through baby Joshua Roberts in Roseville, CA. My son Casey is 3.5 years old, with tricuspid atresia. You have done an amazing thing with your blog, and I have connected with all your postings, especially the ones with pictures of your ADORABLE daughter. As a mom of a "heart child", one thing I can assure you of...you NEVER need to apologize for not "posting", "blogging", etc. Your strength and sanity needs to be spent on Grace, and the support that she needs. Everyone else's love, prayers, and support will find a way to make it to her, even without instant technology! :)
